My Freebie Friday isn't exactly knock you socks off but here it is:
*This week's Mailbox Bounty: 2 magazines (one from cashing in Coke points, one from a free magazine site) and a full pack of Stride Spark gum from a Facebook offer.
In all honesty, I also got a coupon for a free box of Green Giant veggies but it'll go up here were I actually "buy" them. ^_^
*Not pictured: 2 Redbox movies from the Valentine's Day promo code.

Thrifty Thursday

My week's thrift included:
*Raley's finds- I went in for the pasta. With sale and coupons, the pasta was 50 cents a box! While I was there, I discovered my favorite creamer on inexplicable sale. It's not expired or even close to expiring... OMG is it being discontinued??? Maybe they're just not stocking it anymore... Well, anyway, they were on sale for 79 cents each so I bought them ALL! Muah-hahaha!
*Amazon thrift- Toy Story 3 was on sale for $8.99 and I threw the last of the MyPoints GC at it to get it for $1.36. What a way to round out the series. I prefer to find Blu-Ray deals but since we already have Toy Story and Toy Story 2 on DVD... no biggie.

Freebie Friday

Yeah! A Freebie Friday with pictures!
Pictured are:
*My Amazon Craziness- One 60-count box of Easy-Ups ($23.46 value) and Beauty & the Beast Diamond Edition Blu-Ray ($39.99 value). With the crazy deals Amazon cooks up + Subscribe and Save + Amazon Mom + the $50 Amazon GC I got at the end of last year from MyPoints-in' it up, these were FREE! (Plus another Blu-Ray coming next month plus another $7+ left on the GC)
* This week's Mailbox Bounty- 2 magazines (1 from some free magazine site (I forget which), and 1 from cashing in Recycle Bank points), 3 Dentek flossers, 1 set of whitening strips, 1 sample of Beneful, and a worksheet/sticker set for the Bee. ($7 value) This is the first time I've put this sort of thing up so I'm a little shaky on the valuation... but I took the prices of each magazine and item from the prices on Amazon and threw in 50 cents for the worksheet/sticker set assuming I would've bought something similar at the dollar store but probably would have gotten double the stickers.

Not pictured (since I don't have it yet) a two-year subscription to Parenting Early Years ($19.94 value) for $2 from Eversave. I paid for this deal with the American Express gift card I got from Live it With Charter Rewards. FREE SQUEE! (OK, that was lame but I get a little crazy when I get a crazy deal...)

The other crazy way money was NOT spent this week was the Redbox Blitz. Using the free movie code from Facebook (and every credit/debit card we have) we loaded up on some free rentals.... Yeah. That was... insane. Awesome. But insane. And just for good measure we got another free movie tonight with the Walgreens code and my Charter GC together!

Thrifty Thursday

This week's rockin' deal was:
*$1 for $10 credit on Deal Pulp. Haven't reaped its benefits yet but they've already had several deals make me think this was totally worth it.

This week's thrift-tacular deals:

*Amazon craziness: A 100-count box of Huggies from Amazon. ($35.99 value) With discounts and the $25 Amazon Rewards Visa GC the total OOP was 19 cents. Also, I got Keiren a pair of Combi trainer chopsticks ($6.49 value) for $1.49 after a Swagbucks GC.

February 2, 2011 ~ 73%

I didn't take a picture this time since it was an odd expedition to Walgreens. I bought a package of Blink eye drops. Not something a specifically need or would ever need which goes against my usual MO when it comes to the Drugstore Game. If I don't need it or don't know anyone who could use it, I don't bother. BUT this time it was $7.99 with $8 RR and my ulterior motive was to buy them out of Wall-E toothbrushes since the Bee actually likes brushing her teeth with Wall-E and Eve are involved. SO. I used the $2 RR I already had, bought the eye drops and rolled the $8 RR into the toothbrushes.

So in all:

Total product: $27.95 Total OOP: $7.62
